Guys,
In my opinion one of most importance reason in not developing AI, is its harm to our human race. First of all a robot must follow three laws of robotics:
robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm. A robot must obey orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
So if we develop AI to fullest, of course it will use internet, and also it can overpower it, get access to every single database in this world!
And if we try to destroy it it could even treat us as it's threat. So question is how to stop 'em from doing this destruction.
So if we are gaining something we have to loose something too, I mean to say if we are upgrading something we have to downgrade something too, why we do not put military systems on old tech like radio waves? This situation will be like:
Consider three persons one only knows English, other only Chinese, and third knows both:
person who knows English is AI,
person who knows Chinese is MILITARY DATABASE'
person who know both Chinese and English are HUMANS;
So it would be impossible for first two persons to interact with each other, but the third one could overpower and understand them, this is simple but might be very effective in practical!!
